The role calls for a bright, experienced business professional who will act as the right-hand person to the Consumer/Retail, SB sales segment GM.
This position interacts closely at the senior regional management level and serves as business enabler to the Japan executive management.
The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant position are extensive as well as encompassing all of Dell Japan businesses and revenue streams. The duties thereof include but not limited to:
? Active engagement of the sales GMs and functional leaders such as corporate planning, finance, marketing and sales ops for both business and operational matters,
? Active attendance to executive business meetings, whether regular or ad hoc, as it relates to strategic and tactical matters in running the businesses,
? Design and prepare various operational review materials that consist of submissions from the sales GMs and functional teams
|応募資格||Successful candidates should have at least 10+ years of business experiences that include 3~5 years of people management experience (managerial position with full P/L responsibility will be a strong plus).
Exceptional English language skills in both conversational and writing are required for the role. High level of Japanese language fluency will be a plus.
Strong business and financial acumen (advantage especially if developed within IT industry).
World Class MBA Holder or equivalent competences through firsthand management experiences.
Rich experience in corporate planning as staff.
Strong analytical skills as well as solid project management skills.
High level of personal commitment to the work and sense of urgency are imperative for the position.
Strong work ethics and command skills.
